GIN BLOSSOMS - "As Long As It Matters"

Been introduced to this song. Love it. And I enjoy the melody very much. Nice and relax. Eventhough as always, seems can't understand the whole story in a song. Hehe.

"As Long As It Matters"

How can I find something
That two can takeWithout stumbling as we
Walk into our future's wake
I'm like a broken record
That you can play
Repeating as if it matters
Everything I want to say
I'll be all rightAs long as it matters
As long as you're here with me now
Forget that time
It's nothing we touch and see
All this is fine
Even as it crashes down on me
I'm looking around
There's nothing that I could want
More than to tell you
There's no more than we've already got
I'll be all right
As long as it matters
As long as you're here with me now...

Isyia & Dinner

Last Sunday morning, me, Aolng n Kak Nim went to PICC park. Kitorg main slide, see-saw, swing etc. (Nasib baik tak patah :p). After a while Isyia dah start getting sleepy n all went back. On the back home, Isyia dah selamat tido.

After Zuhur, I made a move to my friend's house. We planned to watch Date Night and find To Kill A Mocking Bird's DVD afterwards. We enjoyed the movie but sadly we can't found the wanted DVD. Apparently, a classic movie is somehow become so hard to find now. Around 7pm, my friend's dad invited me to dinner. He suggested a place that currently open and it's main menu is steak. After Maghrib, we all went together. Since I'm not much of a steak person, I chose sea bass as my main course. Later, as it's getting late, my friend accompanied me home (convoy by car). On my way back, Along rang me. She advised me to take a Wudhu' before seeing Isyia.

After Isya', I went to Along's room (Isyia's fast asleep) and asked why she did she said like that. Then, Along told me that late evening, she, her husband, Kak Nim and Isyia have a drink at a mall. Around 7.30++pm, they watched a colourful water fountain. When they arrived home, Isyia who seems very sleepy on the way back, ofter changing her clothes, she's being put into her baby cot. Suddenly, a weird thing happened. She laughed real hard like someone teasing her. Along said, she's so cute with the continues laughing and giggling, yet quite a creepy scene as no one was playing with her. And she kept looking at one place. Then, Along and Kak Nim switch on Zikir and Surah cd and suddenly Isyia start crying. Both Along and Kak Nim got a goosebumps at the same time when they kept repeating Ayatul Qursi. After a short while, Isyia seems to be at her normal self and start yawning. Finally she slept peacefully. Alhamdulillah.

Moral of the story: Never bring a baby outside the house/building at night particularly during Maghrib.

How To Train Your Dragon

Quite lama gak tak update blog. That's why bila update pun citer lama. Tak kisahlah. Asal update tak. Haha.

About a month ago (was it? halal je lah) I watched How To Train A Dragon twice. With different company of course. And different weekend. The first one was with AE and the second with Feens.

Memang best. Feens pun cakap best. Kan kan feens. Hehe. (By the way, payung belum ada kesempatan nak guna lagi ah. :p). The story line was smooth and the script was funny that you can laugh again or wait to laugh. Plus the dragon pun cute. Ala ala Stich (Lilo & Stich..err betul ke spelling?).

Since we watched the movie at the Curve, we decided to have our lunch at one restaurant called An-Nur (correct me if I'm wrong). Feens yang suggest the place since she has read it in one of her novel. Hehe. The food was quite ok for me as I'll always order mee bandung at a new place which I found every restaurant will somehow cook the dish at the same taste (not exactly the same but eatable lah kira). Can't remember what did my friend order but she's not quite happy with the ordered food. Well, at least we knew the place when we came across the name again in another novel. :D.

We cam across another restaurant called The Garden. I saw few ladies wearing big fancy hats while having their evening tea there. So, I said to my friend "kena beli topi beasr dulu ni baru kita gi makan kat sini".

Apparently, I don't have to buy a big fancy hat since last weekend (10th April), Saturday night, me, AE and sister and their three friends went to The Garden for dinner. I had fish fillet. It was delicious. But a bit muak afterwards since banyak jugak cheese.

The next day I went to my friend's daughter nya cukur jambul with Fatin. I drove all the way there with Fatin's help of course. Tak sesat tu. ;p. Oh ya. Tin, thanks your hubby for the smart tag kay. Hehe.

This coming weekend, maybe I will be a full time babysitter for the cute Isyia. She can crawl and stand now. And like to mumble a lot. Plus I want to finish reading To Kill A Mocking Bird so I can borrow the DVD soon.

Next next entry: Sabah? On or Off????

"North or South"

On Friday 2nd April, I have made a plan for the next day to join AE and sister plus their three friends to Universal Studio. Suddenly, Along called and mentioned about "balik kampung" plan. And of course the next day too.

North or South. Since Ayah's birthday is on 6th April, I decided to join Along balik kampung. We started our journey Saturday morning at 11am. Arrived at 6pm (after a quick shopping for Ayah's present). Having a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant. Celebrating Ayah's birthday with a yummie Secret Recipe cake. The next morning, aorund 11am, we make a move back to PJ. Arrived around 9pm.

So, US maybe next time ye.
